Our work has focused on improving workforce competency, strengthening operational consistency, and supporting safe, reliable production during commissioning, ramp-up, and ongoing operations.

Fort Hills Mine – Alberta
Provided operational and workforce support within a large-scale oil sands mining environment. Work focused on strengthening operator performance, reinforcing safe work practices, and supporting supervisors and crews in maintaining consistent production standards.

Key contributions included:

• Supporting equipment operators and crews in high-production mining environments
• Reinforcing safe operating procedures and equipment inspection practices
